Millicent Clarke is an accomplished Human Resources executive with extensive global experience across financial services, shipping, logistics, and education. Renowned for her commitment to diversity and inclusion, she empowers minorities, women, and young adults through leadership and personal development initiatives.

Her dedication has earned recognition, including inclusion in the 2022 INvolve People Top 100 Executives and the Yahoo Finance Global Empower Role Model list. As a Board Director and shareholder of Legacy Girls College—the first private boarding girls’ high school in Ghana—she actively supports girls’ education.
