Hanania Djibom is a seasoned corporate banking and business development executive with over 13 years of progressive experience in the African financial sector. A native French speaker from Togo, he brings strong cross-cultural competence, regional business insight, and a deep understanding of Francophone–Anglophone collaboration, making him a valuable asset to LinguaLink Africa’s mission of strengthening language and cultural exchange across the continent.
Hanania currently serves as the Head of the Business Centre (Corporate Banking) at Bank of Africa, Tema, where he leads strategic growth initiatives, manages high-performing teams, and oversees major corporate portfolios across key sectors including energy, mining, manufacturing, construction, and telecoms. His leadership has delivered outstanding results, including more than 187 percent growth in deposits and 241 percent growth in risk assets, and the successful execution of high-value syndications with regional and global financial institutions.
Over the years, he has held significant roles at Bank of Africa Ghana, Heritage Bank, First Atlantic Bank, and Access Bank, where he led multi-million-dollar financing arrangements, structured complex trade facilities, and built strong relationships across West Africa. His expertise spans credit appraisal, financial modelling, cross-border trade development, syndicated lending, and strategic corporate financing.
Hanania holds an Executive MBA in Finance and a Bachelor’s degree in Banking and Finance from the University of Ghana. His strong analytical skills, business acumen, and deep knowledge of both Anglophone and Francophone markets uniquely position him to support LinguaLink Africa’s bilingual and multicultural programmes.
