Her extensive experience spans recruitment, training and development, succession planning, performance management, HR policy design, and organisational development.<\/p><p>Recognised as an IFC-LPI Certified TPMA Trainer and a respected thought leader in HR and learning, Patricia has designed and delivered numerous high-impact training programmes, conferences, and workshops. She is deeply committed to nurturing young talent, empowering professionals, and advancing learning interventions that equip people with skills for growth.<\/p><p>Her leadership, commitment to excellence, and strong networks across education, business, and development sectors make her a driving force behind LinguaLink Africa\u2019s vision.
