He holds a PhD in Marketing from the University of Ghana, where his research focused on <em>Place Storytelling in Tourism<\/em> and the role of narratives in shaping destination experiences and tourist decision-making.<\/p><p>Dr. Solomon\u2019s career blends teaching, research, creative writing, and practical tourism expertise. He lectures at Accra Technical University and has taught at Heritage Christian College and the University of Ghana Business School. His academic work covers tourism destination marketing, storytelling, destination competitiveness, and the creative economy, with several publications in reputable journals and book chapters.<\/p><p>He is the Founder and Creative Director of Village Minds Production, a non-profit theatre company that stages original plays highlighting Ghanaian and African narratives. His productions have been performed for institutions such as Alliance Fran\u00e7aise, the Australian High Commission, the British Council, Plastic Punch, and other organisations.<\/p><p>Dr. Solomon is also the Founder of Cool Trips &amp; Tours, a company providing curated tour experiences across Ghana, Togo, and Benin. He has designed and led hundreds of tours, supported hospitality businesses in achieving significant revenue growth, and consulted for leading brands in Ghana\u2019s tourism and hospitality industry.<\/p><p>A sought-after speaker, he has delivered lectures and presentations at international institutions such as Oakton Community College, Howard University, Central Piedmont Community College, and the Indiana University Africa Gateway Conference.
