Patricia is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of SEDAT Consult Limited, where she has successfully worked with leading institutions across the public and private sectors to enhance workforce effectiveness, develop HR systems, and implement strategic capacity-building programmes. Her extensive experience spans recruitment, training and development, succession planning, performance management, HR policy design, and organisational development.

Recognised as an IFC-LPI Certified TPMA Trainer and a respected thought leader in HR and learning, Patricia has designed and delivered numerous high-impact training programmes, conferences, and workshops.
